- The City Tax is extra: 6€/person/day max 10 days (Excluded Kids below 10 years old).

- We will require passports copy of all guests at the check-in and to sign a short rental contract as required by Italian Law

- Late Check-in: We can use Self check-in and it is free. If you prefer the check-in in person after 20:00 there is an extra charge of 25€ and after 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50€.
